Hi, I’m Josh Finnie, the photographer behind every image found on this website. Most of my photos showcase the stunning landscapes of Dunedin, New Zealand - my hometown growing up and inspiration for getting outdoors.
Growing up in Dunedin, I was lucky to be surrounded by wild coastlines, dramatic hills and not to mention the ever changing weather. The city, though small, is packed with scenic variety - especially along its rugged beaches and coastal cliffs, which I found joy in exploring with camera in hand.
My love of photography grew from a passion of travel, sport and adventure. Through sport, I’ve been fortunate to travel to some amazing places around the world, which from there sparked a real desire to explore further, always with camera in hand capturing the unique scenes along the way.
This website is my way of sharing these moments, especially the ones that make Dunedin such a special place. I regularly update the gallery with new content, so make sure to check back.
